Wiper brush with natural bristles. Drip a few drops of recorder oil onto the brush and rub it into the inner bore of your recorder. The brush has the advantage that it also smoothes the bore gently. Please note: Allow the oil to soak in for at least 24 hours before wiping your instrument with another brush.
